About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales and Support positions in Lingerie, Women's Apparel, Women's & Men's Shoes, Accessories, and Men's Apparel. They are hosting a hiring event on Thursday, May 7th, 2026, from 11 am to 5 pm at the West County location (47 West County Center, Des Peres, MO 63131). Interviews will be approximately 1 hour, and on-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. If you cannot attend the event, your application will still be considered. Requirements

Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift.
Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex, and reach.
Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to reach for and lift bulky and awkwardly shaped items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
