About The Position

Nordstrom is hosting a Hiring Event on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Natick Mall (290 Speen St, Natick, MA 01760). Candidates are welcome to attend anytime during the event for an interview, with no advance scheduling required. Upon arrival, follow signs for the hiring event location or ask any Nordstrom employee for directions. While a resume is not required, candidates may bring a copy. The interview process is expected to take approximately one hour, and on-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. Nordstrom is currently hiring for Sales and Support positions in various departments, including Handbags & Accessories, Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, Kids' Apparel & Shoes, Lingerie & Active, Men's Shoes, Service Experience, Seasonal Stock Support (with an early start time of 5 AM). Responsibilities

Provide sales and support in departments such as Handbags & Accessories, Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, Kids' Apparel & Shoes, Lingerie & Active, and Men's Shoes.
Deliver service experience to customers.
Perform stock support duties, including early starts for Seasonal Stock Support (5 AM).
Fulfill roles in Customer Service, Sales, Sales Support, Stock, Fulfillment, and Delivery.
Potentially engage in merchandise sales with commission varying by product type (Apparel, shoes, accessories: 3%-14.5%; Beauty and Men’s Fragrance: 3%).
