About The Position

The Sales and Services Technician position is responsible for supporting and assisting with multiple warehouse activities.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Experience with safety and environmental training
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing/factory experience preferred in a fast paced setting
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervision, and management
• Ability to obtain a forklift license

Responsibilities

• Understanding and following policies, procedures, and instructions
• Identifying and reporting product, process and quality system non-conformities to lead personnel
• Controlling non-conforming products
• Supporting implementation of corrective/preventative and improvement actions
• Proper housekeeping of the area
• Expediting batteries from other vendors
• Verifying product availability and lead times
• Assisting with Inventory counting
• Assisting with Verifying totals when required
• Assisting with Shipping paperwork
• Assisting with Scheduling trucks
• Assisting with Ensuring deliveries were made
• Assisting with Answering phones
• Assisting with Special orders
• Remove inventory from middle room and finish line
• Be familiar and compliant with the systems, procedures, and documentation of the Crown Quality System and how it relates to this position and Crown quality objectives
