About The Position

Safety-Kleen in Calgary, AB is seeking an Entry level Sales and Service Route Driver to join their safety conscious team! This is a Driver in Training position that will be learning the safe transport of hazardous and regulated waste materials using box trucks, tankers, vans, and roll-off dump trucks. The role involves moving materials between customer sites, company facilities, and approved disposal locations while strictly following Transport Canada and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous driving experience.
• Previous experience in the waste management industry.
• CDL Class A or B license.

Responsibilities

• Learning the safe transport of hazardous and regulated waste materials using box trucks, tankers, vans, and roll-off dump trucks.
