About The Position

This role involves effectively marketing and selling self-storage solutions to potential customers. The Sales and Service Manager will work independently, splitting time between an office environment and the property itself. Responsibilities include general property care, cleaning, and maintenance, conducting daily property walks to ensure readiness for rent, processing payments accurately, and handling cash. A key aspect of the role is engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for performing the essential functions of the job. Additionally, employees must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to the San Antonio training center.

Requirements

Must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center
Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
Should be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal
Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required
