About The Position
The Sales and Service Associate welcomes new members and guides them through the start of their fitness journey. The role builds genuine, trust-based relationships by listening to members' goals, understanding their needs, and recommending personalized solutions that support their fitness success. It combines a passion for fitness with strong interpersonal skills to create a positive, motivating, results-driven member experience. The associate welcomes and assists members and guests, supports new-member onboarding, and helps maintain a clean, well-maintained, and safe gym environment. The position offers eligibility to participate in the company's Fitness Sales and Membership Sales Commission Plans.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
- Obtain CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
- Have flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum travel may be required for training purposes and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect members and guests with appropriate resources.
- Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
- Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience by providing a welcoming, informative, and inclusive visit and helping guests take appropriate next steps toward their fitness goals.
- Support new-member onboarding and connect members with fitness offerings through friendly greetings and check-ins and prompt attention to their needs.
