About The Position

The Chimney Guys, a respected leader in chimney services, is seeking a full-time Sales and Production Coordinator at our Pataskala, OH office. This role offers outstanding opportunities to work alongside company leadership and grow your skills. As the Sales and Production Coordinator, you will facilitate smooth handoffs between our sales and production teams. You will manage the daily schedule, ensure all documentation and CRM workflows are accurate, and communicate with both customers and internal teams to keep everyone informed. You will take ownership of scheduling readiness, maintain detailed records, and dive into operational analytics and KPI reporting. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with leadership and department managers, participate in planning meetings, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will gain valuable experience with ServiceTitan and other industry software, and as you demonstrate initiative, you will find yourself entrusted with growing responsibility and exposure to new areas of our business. Every day, your efforts will help drive company growth, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, operations, scheduling, dispatching, project coordination, or office support experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Experience coordinating between multiple departments or teams
  • Experience managing detailed records, documentation, and follow-up tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience using CRM software and/or operational management systems
  • Ability to learn and navigate ServiceTitan or similar field service software
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

  • Ability to create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets and reports
  • Experience with ServiceTitan
  • Experience in home services, construction, trades, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or chimney industries
  • Dispatching or scheduling experience
