Sales and Product Specialist - Automotive Accessories
About The Position
Monroe’s is looking for the right person to join our sales team. We specialize in automotive accessories, truck equipment, golf carts, and related products and services. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized in a busy environment, and is willing to learn. Previous automotive or sales experience is NOT required. We would rather train the right person from the ground up than hire someone who thinks they already know everything. Product knowledge can be taught. A good attitude, honesty, reliability, and willingness to learn are much harder to teach.

Responsibilities
- Helping customers in person and over the phone
- Learning our products and helping customers choose the right options for their needs
- Preparing quotes and completing sales
- Following up with customers
- Scheduling installations and coordinating with our shop
- Learning proper product fitment and application
- Keeping customer information, orders, and sales records organized and accurate
- Working with the rest of the team to keep customers taken care of during busy periods
- Learning our point-of-sale and inventory systems
- Following established pricing, discount, delivery, trade-in, and sales procedures
