The Sales Coordinator is a member of the Orchard Cove senior living sales team. As Coordinator, they serve as the secondary point of contact for OC sales prospects, handling both phone and email inquiries. They tour potential applicants and provide ongoing applicant support for Taste of Orchard Cove and respite stays, repeat visits, luncheons, family conversations, and product education. The Coordinator makes significant call-outs to prospect lists to drive new volume and to nurture prospect relationships, and tracks all activity in the customer relationship management (CRM) database. Administrative duties include creating sales promotional packets, handling mailings, and ensuring that the sales suite presents a positive first image for prospects.
