About The Position

Hajoca Corporation is the largest privately held wholesale distributor in the nation, specializing in plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, industrial pipes-valves-fittings, and pool and waterworks supplies. With over 450 locations across the United States, Hajoca is a leader in its industry. This ten-week paid rotational internship offers college students invaluable hands-on experience in wholesale distribution. Interns will gain exposure to logistics and operations, including shipping, receiving, deliveries, and warehouse management. The program also includes rotations in sales, covering counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales, with customer and vendor interaction. The final four weeks involve a special project designed to enhance operational, sales, and service skills, tailored to the specific needs of the Profit Center and assigned by the Profit Center manager.

Nice To Haves

• Previous exposure to sales, operations, and/or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience in shipping, receiving, deliveries, and warehouse management.
• Interact with customers and vendors in counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales.

• Tackle real-life challenges faced by industry experts under mentorship.
