About The Position

Wolseley Canada is seeking motivated individuals to join their dynamic 15-month Waterworks Development Program. This program is designed to equip trainees with real-world skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in a high-performing Inside Sales role. The program offers hands-on learning and immersive training, with the goal of transitioning trainees into full-time, permanent positions with clear paths for growth and advancement. Wolseley Canada is the leading wholesale distributor of plumbing, HVAC/R, waterworks and industrial products in the country.

Requirements

Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline: Civil Engineering, Business (Supply Chain/Commerce/Marketing), Trades (Plumbing/HVAC/Construction), Humanities (Psychology/Sociology).
Dedication to continual learning with an aim to succeed.
Results-oriented attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Career ambitious and able to envision long term career growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
Must hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Satisfactory criminal record check.

Experience every side of the business through structured rotations in Warehouse, Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Operations.
Grow expertise by participating in interactive training sessions, targeted workshops, and personalized mentoring.
Complete a blend of online and hands-on learning designed to sharpen skills and accelerate development.
Focus on mastering the sales process, expanding product knowledge, developing leadership potential, and aligning growth with business goals.
