Responsibilities

  • Drive membership, upgrades, and retail to exceed revenue goals
  • Recruit, coach and motivate a sales-focused team
  • Hold team members accountable to performance and professionalism
  • Lead with structure: clear expectations, clear follow-through
  • Build referral + retention success with loyal client relationships
  • Analyze KPIs weekly and adjust strategy for fast results
  • Ensure every client gets a premium, luxury experience
  • Maintain flawless organization of schedules, staffing and service flow
  • Oversee cleanliness, safety, compliance and policy enforcement
  • Manage inventory like a pro, stocked, efficient, visually sharp
  • Run productive team meetings and continuous training
  • Solve problems with urgency and a commitment to service
  • Support a culture of accountability, respect, and high standards
