About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible! Total Compensation: $50-60k annually.
Requirements
- An outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal driven.
Nice To Haves
- A background in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team by approaching homeowners at their door.
- Represent the brand to share information about our window and door solutions.
- Navigate assigned neighborhoods effectively, which involves substantial walking in various outdoor conditions.
