About The Position

Capital Vacations is one of the fastest-growing companies in the vacation ownership industry, operating across multiple markets throughout the United States. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Recruiter to help attract top talent for our sales and marketing teams. The Sales & Marketing Recruiter will support recruiting efforts for our Myrtle Beach operations while partnering with leadership teams across additional markets as needed. This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top-performing sales and marketing professionals in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is competitive, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced recruiting atmosphere where hiring success directly impacts business performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
  • High-volume recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, hospitality, vacation ownership, retail, or commission-based positions
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience participating in hiring events, career fairs, and community recruiting initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales and marketing positions for Myrtle Beach and Cape Cod markets.
  • Recruit for roles including sales representatives, marketing representatives, managers, directors, and other revenue-generating positions
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and operational leaders
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Attend career fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives as needed
  • Travel to supported markets for recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and operational partnership opportunities
  • Meet hiring goals while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
