About The Position
Cypress Village, an upscale Senior Living Community in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a hospitality-focused Sales and Marketing Manager for its Assisted Living/Memory Care departments. Cypress Village offers various residential options, exceptional services, and engaging activities, facilitating aging in place through seamless transitions between independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. The community is situated on 120 acres and emphasizes a fun workplace culture with monthly luncheons and campus-wide events. Requirements
- Outside Sales Knowledge and experience
- Enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional passionate about hospitality and senior engagement.
Responsibilities
- Meets and exceeds budgeted sales expectations.
- Effectively responds to new inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensures that all prospect inquiries are managed, and that timely follow-through is maintained in accordance with designated time frames.
- Utilizes Sales Force effectively by promptly inputting data and using the system to manage the assigned lead base.
- Understands and articulately represents the Community for outside sales and referral management.
- Executes and manages referral source and internal prospect events.
