Kalon Executive Search is partnering with an emerging health and wellness company to identify a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to support the launch and expansion of a premium nutritional supplement brand in the U.S. market. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing organization at an early stage and play a key role in shaping its commercial strategy, brand presence, and retail growth. This is a highly visible, high-impact role reporting directly to company leadership. The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of the company’s U.S. go-to-market strategy across DTC e-commerce, Amazon, digital marketing, and retail distribution channels. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts with hands-on execution experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, natural products, or broader consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. This is a Remote position based in New York/ Northeast USA
