About The Position

Renewal by Andersen Metro and Midwest is seeking motivated, people-oriented interns to join their Brand Ambassador team. This part-time internship focuses on generating high-quality leads at retail locations, tradeshows, and community events. The internship is ideal for communications, sales, and marketing majors, but is open to all students. It offers hands-on training, monthly professional development workshops, and a stepping stone into a full-time sales career.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation – a personal vehicle and valid driver's license required.
  • A growth mindset – eager to learn, adapt, and develop new sales techniques.
  • Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high-traffic community events.
  • Starting conversations, building rapport, and uncovering customer needs through effective communication.
  • Marketing unique products to a diverse audience.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads and scheduling free, in-home consultations for the sales team.
  • Educating potential customers on industry-leading window and door solutions.
  • Using persuasion and influence to encourage homeowners to take the next step.
  • Attending monthly professional development meetings with executive leaders.
  • Conducting final project presentations to leadership with an award ceremony to conclude.
