About The Position
Soccer Shots is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern for Fall 2026 to make a positive impact on children's lives through sport. Soccer Shots is a leading children’s soccer program serving thousands of kids ages 18 months–8 in Camden County, NJ. Our mission is to build confidence, character, and soccer skills through fun, age-appropriate sessions. We’re passionate about making a positive difference in kids’ lives and the communities we serve. This internship offers valuable experience across coaching, marketing, sales, and community impact, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Many of our current leaders started as interns.
Requirements
- Energetic and responsible individuals passionate about working with children
- Great communicators who can engage kids, parents, and teammates
- Reliable and adaptable with access to transportation around Camden County
- Access to transportation around Camden County
- Background checks and child safety clearances required after hire
- Administrative work is done remotely
- Expected to drive to scheduled soccer sessions at multiple locations throughout the fall

- No prior coaching or sports experience required—training provided!
- Tuition reimbursement (if applicable)
- We will abide by your university standards for college credit if your school's standards are different to the time commitments listed above.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 18 months - 8 years, using our expert curriculum on-site in local parks, facilities, daycare centers, and schools
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging email campaigns, assist with Google Ads, help improve SEO, and assist with event planning
- Support the sales team with outreach and bringing in new program sites
- Be a positive role model and make a lasting impression on hundreds of kids
