About The Position

The Sales and Marketing Education Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive education and training on the L.A.S.E.R.R. framework—Leads, Appointments, Shows, Experience to Enrollment, Referrals, and Retention. This role supports franchise teams in mastering lead generation, lead management, and the Burn Sales Process, while cultivating a referral-driven culture and executing retention strategies that drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, marketing, or franchise operations.
  • Proven experience in training and education delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the Burn Boot Camp brand and member journey.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and coach teams to improve.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Burn Boot Camp’s L.A.S.E.R.R. framework.
  • Background in fitness, franchising, or customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Teach the full lifecycle of the L.A.S.E.R.R. model: Leads (capture through digital, local, event, and social media marketing), Appointments (guide teams on booking and confirming trial camps), Shows (ensure leads attend scheduled camps through proactive communication), Experience to Enrollment (train teams on executing the Burn Sales Process during the Blue Carpet Experience and converting trials to members), Referrals (build systems for member-driven referrals and community outreach), and Retention (educate on member engagement, recognition, and renewal strategies).
  • Deliver training on Digital Marketing (social media, paid ads, email campaigns), Local Marketing (community partnerships, grassroots outreach), Event Marketing (planning and executing lead-generating events), and Social Media Strategy (content planning, engagement tactics, and analytics).
  • Educate teams on CRM usage and pipeline tracking, lead segmentation and persona-based nurturing, conversion strategies for different lead types, and execution of nurture campaigns and automation.
  • Train on the Burn Sales Process, including camp card usage and trial prioritization, closing strategies and cool-down scripting, and objection handling and follow-up systems.
  • Develop and deliver education on creating a referral culture through member engagement, designing and executing referral campaigns, and retention strategies including recognition, renewal tracking, and proactive outreach.
