About The Position

Brookdale Peachtree and Brookdale East Broad is hiring a Sales Director to join their growing team in Senior Living communities supporting our Residents thru Assisted Living and Memory Care. This role is for a dynamic salesperson with a genuine heart to serve and succeed, who is relationship-driven, not afraid to ask for the sale, and understands how to build trust and drive results. The position is located in Statesville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Sales and Marketing department for 3 Brookdale communities in Statesville, NC.
• Managing Sales Staff
• Maintains and/or improves upon the occupancy level of the community
• Closes sales by assisting prospective residents, their family members, and/or advisors in the decision-making process
• Completes outside Business Development sales calls
