About The Position

Winslow Court, a Stellar Senior Living community, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing strategies at our Colorado Springs, CO location. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to increase occupancy, build community relationships, and enhance brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and sales initiatives aimed at driving growth and ensuring Stellar Senior Living remains a leader in senior care services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior living or healthcare industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Highly organized with excellent project management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maximize performance and professional development.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and referral sources.
• Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with operations and executive teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
• Represent Stellar Senior Living at community events and networking opportunities.
