Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated professional with a passion for helping others.
  • Comfort using technology, CRM systems, email, text, and video communication tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for prospect visits and community events.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, customer service, or related fields.
  • Experience working with older adults and their families preferred.
  • CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusting relationships with prospective residents and their families.
  • Conduct follow-up communications through phone, email, text, video, and written correspondence.
  • Perform in-home visits and presentations with prospective residents.
  • Conduct individual and group presentations on-site.
  • Coordinate admissions for qualified Independent Living residents in accordance with community guidelines.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Participate in a telesales program with a goal of averaging 20 completed prospect calls per day.
  • Conduct off-site visits with prospective residents and families.
  • Achieve monthly goals for presentations, deposits, and occupancy growth.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records and documentation within the CRM system.
  • Track sales activities, deposits, presentations, and outreach efforts.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and reporting.
  • Develop and strengthen professional referral networks.
  • Represent The Glebe and LifeSpire of Virginia at trade shows, senior expos, vendor events, and community outreach opportunities.
  • Support implementation of marketing initiatives and community events.
  • Follow admissions policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Attend sales training and professional development opportunities.
