About The Position

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building referral source relationships in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, and senior-service related organizations within the community. This role also focuses on building and growing census and quality mix by developing the market, working with acute care and other referral sources, and providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning
• Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting
• Ability to exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed
• Must be a team player and possess the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
