Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing, with a preference for candidates with direct home health marketing experience.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable auto insurance, as the role involves frequent travelling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver clear, compelling presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, inclusive of the ability to maintain a rigorous sales call schedule.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Capability to initiate and nurture productive relationships with a variety of professional entities and individuals.
  • Aptitude for strategic planning and execution with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Professional, proactive demeanor that aligns with our company’s core values and service ethos.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Maintaining and growing a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and optimizing a scheduled program of sales calls and visits.
  • Expanding our services into new territories, particularly in Salem and its surrounding markets.
  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as assisted living facilities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and doctors’ offices.
  • Coordinating and introducing new insurance contracts to optimize service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Engaging in networking activities to solidify and expand the company’s market presence and professional partnerships.
  • Providing expert consultations and presentations to potential clients and partners to foster business growth.
  • Developing marketing materials and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor strategies to inform business strategies and drive innovatively.
