SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
About The Position
This is a full-time position at Big Sky Senior Living in Butte, MT. The Sales and Marketing Assistant is responsible for handling new inquiry phone calls, documenting activity in company systems, conducting home visits with prospective residents, and making follow-up calls. The role also involves initiating contact with prospective residents, conducting sales tours, engaging in networking for sales opportunities, scheduling appointments, and completing required reports. The assistant will collaborate with the Administrator and Vice President of Operations on sales progress and work with the Administrator to coordinate functions with Dining Services and Life Engagement to attract potential residents. Maintaining knowledge of state regulations in the Health Care System as it pertains to the position is also required. Evenings and weekends are necessary for this role, along with other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Free of non-treated communicable disease
- Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Maintain current driver's license
Responsibilities
- Answers new inquiry phone calls.
- Documents all activity information in company systems.
- Conducts required number of home visits with prospective residents each week.
- Makes a required number of direct inquiry follow-up calls per day.
- Initiates follow-up contact with prospective residents.
- Conducts sales tours for prospective residents.
- Conducts community visits and engages in networking activity for sales opportunities.
- Schedules appointments for tours and lunches.
- Completes required reports.
- Communicates sales progress, concerns, and challenges with Administrator and/or Vice President of Operations on a regular basis.
- Works with Administrator to generate ideas and coordinate functions in collaboration with Dining Services and Life Engagement to attract potential residents and tours.
- Maintains knowledge of state regulations in the Health Care System as it pertains to the position.
