About The Position

CentiMark, the leading commercial roofing and flooring contractor, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant. This vital role supports the development and execution of the overall sales and marketing vision and strategy for CentiMark Corporation. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, detail-oriented individual responsible for assisting with the execution of all sales and marketing reporting, monthly analytics, database growth, data entry, and other initiatives. CentiMark is North America's largest commercial roofing and flooring contractor, with over 100 locations, offering 24/7 emergency services, evaluations, roof and floor repairs, preventative maintenance plans, reroofing, new construction services, polished concrete, and concrete coatings. Requirements

  • Must have 1-3 years administrative experience preferably with a sales and marketing team
  • Advanced experience with Excel
  • Individual must be highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with other departments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google applications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation solutions, highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team throughout the organization
  • Run monthly reports
  • Compile correspondence and presentations of monthly analytics
  • Help with the execution of ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Data entry into Salesforce for database growth, customer maintenance and lead generation
  • Provide back-up to the Executive Assistant as required
  • Work on ad hoc projects as requested
  • Perform clerical duties as requested and manage the day-to-day needs of the office
  • Manage confidential information
