About The Position

North Hills Chevy is seeking a motivated Sales and Leasing Consultant to contribute to the success of our organization. If you have the ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interests, then this could be your next career. To be successful, you will need to be up to date with the latest developments in the automotive world and have a passion for sales.

Requirements

• Must have Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Must be able to pass a prescreen background and drug test
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong Customer service and negotiation expertise
• Available to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• We want to provide a first-class car shopping experience to our valued customers.
• Build relationships and create customers for life
• Assist customers in selecting new/used vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
• Explain product features, performance, and benefits to each customer.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
• Remain up to date on all products, market trends, and certifications.
