This role is ideal for individuals with sales and/or customer service experience who enjoy building relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, helping them find the new or pre-owned vehicle that fits their lifestyle and needs.

Requirements

  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience, with preference given to candidates with prior automotive sales experience (not required)
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships that turn guests into clients for life.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to understand customer needs.
  • Continuously grow your product knowledge and sales expertise to become a trusted vehicle specialist, including features, packages, and the latest automotive technologies.
  • Deliver professional, high-quality demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to drive satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Confidently address objections and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, performance, and results.
  • Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to work every day.
