Requirements

  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience, with preference given to candidates with prior automotive sales experience (not required)
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships with guests to create lifelong clients.
  • Use a consultative sales approach by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to understand each guest’s needs.
  • Continuously grow your product knowledge and sales expertise to become a trusted vehicle specialist, staying up to date on features, packages, and emerging technologies.
  • Deliver professional, engaging demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Develop the ability to confidently address objections and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Track and communicate goals, activities, performance reviews, and results.
  • Show up each day with energy, professionalism, and a positive, motivated mindset.
