About The Position

Join the Dahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM team in Rhinelander, WI as a Sales & Leasing Consultant! This role is ideal for individuals with sales and/or customer service experience who enjoy building relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, helping them find the new or pre-owned vehicle that fits their lifestyle and needs.

Requirements

Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
Previous sales and/or customer service experience, with preference given to candidates with prior automotive sales experience (not required)

Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to drive satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Confidently address objections and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, performance, and results.
Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to work every day.
