As a Sales & Leasing Agent , you’ll be the driving force behind a vibrant community—owning the full sales cycle from first impression to final handshake. You’ll proactively generate your own pipeline, market available homes with creativity and strategy, deliver exceptional experiences, and ensure each home is presented with pride. This role is fast‑paced, people‑focused, and highly results‑driven. Annual or semi‑annual travel may be required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year in property management or a related sales-driven role
  • This position follow a Tuesday thru Saturday schedule
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • A proactive, opportunity‑creating mindset with a passion for helping people find their next home

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for opportunities by actively generating your own pipeline through outreach, networking, community presence, referrals, and creative lead‑sourcing
  • Convert both self‑generated and inbound leads by guiding prospective residents through tailored home tours
  • Maintain a strong, opportunity‑rich sales pipeline and consistently meet community conversion metrics
  • Represent and uphold the Havenpark brand through exceptional professionalism and home presentation
  • Manage the complete closing process—from documentation to final signatures—with accuracy and care
  • Ensure all sales and leasing activities comply with Havenpark policies, state regulations, and Fair Housing Standards
  • Lead all marketing and advertising initiatives to attract qualified prospective residents
  • Host weekly weekend open houses to showcase available homes, drive foot traffic, and generate new leads
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage prospects, re‑activate cold leads, and highlight inventory
  • Develop and oversee social media marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, highlight community life, and promote homes
  • Analyze marketing performance and adjust tactics to maximize occupancy success
  • Conduct regular market surveys to stay competitive with pricing, incentives, and market trends
  • Plan and execute community events aimed at driving engagement and supporting home occupancy goals
  • Cultivate a welcoming environment and strong sense of community
  • Follow up with new move‑ins to ensure satisfaction and support long-term retention
