The Sales & Leadership Trainer is responsible for accelerating the success of new leaders and strengthening the sales capability of the field through practical, action-driven training. This role focuses on two critical areas: Training new leaders to build a sustainable, duplicatable businesses and Training consultants and leaders on how to effectively promote, position, and sell products to customers. This role plays a key part in driving sponsoring activity, increasing consultant productivity, and improving overall sales performance across the organization.
