Peabody Supply Company, a trade name of Hajoca, is seeking a Sales and Leadership Trainee for its Auburn, MA location. This is a multi-year rotational program designed to invest in the trainee's future by providing exposure to all aspects of the business. The program aims to develop an understanding of the trainee's skill set and long-term career goals, with the opportunity to pursue a career in sales, operations management, profit center management, or other paths. The learning experience includes on-the-job training, coaching from experienced managers, online courses, and customer/vendor visits. Trainees will learn about warehouse procedures, operations, and sales.
