Job Title Sales and Enablement Learning, Senior Manager About your role: Fiserv is a global leader in payments and financial services technology, delivering solutions that enable clients to transform how they serve customers. As part of the Enterprise Talent & development Team, the Senior Learning and Facilitation Specialist will design and deliver sales training and enablement programs that drive revenue, lift quota attainment, and increase client value. This role can be based in Milwaukee, Berkeley Heights or Alpharetta and focuses on linking seller capability to measurable business outcomes. What you’ll do: Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and virtual sales training focused on sales methodology, opportunity qualification, value-based selling, negotiation, and closing techniques to drive quota attainment and revenue growth. Implement and scale sales methodology adoption across enterprise sales teams through train-the-trainer programs, field enablement, and reinforcement plans. Partner with sales leadership, operations, product, and marketing to align curriculum to business priorities, quota attainment metrics, and go-to-market initiatives. Create assessments, competency models, and measurement frameworks to evaluate learning impact on win rates, deal size, and quota performance; iterate content based on analytics. Maintain version control and ensure learners have timely access to enablement resources. Lead facilitation for executive-facing sessions and onboarding tracks for new sellers; provide coaching aids and playbooks for field application. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales training and sales methodology implementation (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
  • 8+ years of experience with sales enablement and CRM platforms (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Highspot, Showpad) for content delivery and adoption tracking.
  • Experience in instructional design for adult learners using models such as ADDIE and in developing blended learning and microlearning curricula.
  • 6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with content authoring and multimedia production tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
  • Experience aligning learning programs to quota attainment, revenue operations, and sales performance metrics.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales leaders and delivering executive-level enablement and stakeholder management.
  • Background in payments, fintech, or financial services product enablement preferred.
