The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement is responsible for executing the enablement roadmap for Best Buy Ads. This role owns enablement intake, prioritization, and delivery of learning and readiness programs that help sellers perform consistently and confidently. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure sellers are prepared for launches, new features, and evolving selling motions. This role blends program management, learning design, and cross functional leadership. functional leadership. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
