The OCM Senior Manager – Change, Learning & Enablement is a senior, client facing role responsible for designing, executing, and delivering all aspects of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for internal and external client engagements. This role requires deep expertise in change management methodologies, instructional design, and learning program development to drive successful adoption of new processes, technologies, services, operating models, and ways of working. The OCM Senior Manager leads the people side of change across complex transitions and transformations, including changes to business processes, IT systems and technology, organizational structures, roles, skills, and culture. The role is accountable for developing and implementing integrated change, learning, and enablement strategies that maximize employee adoption and proficiency while minimizing resistance and disruption. In addition to delivery leadership, the OCM Senior Manager plays a key role in Unisys OCM presales and gotomarket activities, supporting solution shaping, client discovery, proposal development, and value articulation. The role partners closely with sales, solution management, and the Global Proposal Center to position OCM—and learning and enablement—as a critical driver of business outcomes and return on investment.
