KOHLER is seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join their Showroom team as a Design & Sales Consultant. This role involves providing expert product selection assistance and design services to customers, both in the showroom and at their locations. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit goals, and increasing profit sharing. Key responsibilities include welcoming customers, conducting in-store and in-home design consultations for kitchens and bathrooms, articulating the showroom's value proposition, and guiding customers to the best products for their needs. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships for referrals and repeat business, maintaining product knowledge, leveraging technology for product selection and sales forecasting, following up on leads, generating new business, processing sales orders and returns, and maintaining the showroom's appearance. Additionally, the consultant will stay informed about industry trends by joining associations and attending professional events, and complete required training.
