We are looking for Sales and Design Consultants who are ready to grow, thrive, and have fun doing it. We provide tools and training to set you up for success, teach you the ins and outs of custom home organization, provide high-quality leads, and support you every step of the way.
Requirements
- People person with great communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
- Knack for design and can visualize how a system will work in a space.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking measurements.
- Ready to work independently, manage your own time, and take pride in what you do.
Nice To Haves
- Interior design or CAD experience
Responsibilities
- Visit clients in their homes to design and sell custom organization systems — from closets and pantries to home offices and garages.
- Use software to bring each space to life with 3D visuals that wow your clients and make their dreams a reality.
- Act as both a designer and a trusted advisor, helping clients find the perfect solution for their space.
