About The Position

Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide support at their St. Louis, MO branch. This role involves making a real impact by checking on customer emails and voicemails, responding with care, and offering solutions. The representative will look for sales opportunities for Naturescape's services to fulfill customer needs and build long-term relationships, helping customers create a beautiful lawn and landscape. Additionally, the role includes processing small amounts of mail daily to ensure the branch runs smoothly. During winter months, the representative will reconnect with customers to prepare them for the upcoming season. The position emphasizes having real conversations with people, including asking for sales, and does not require prior experience in sales or customer service, as training will be provided.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (phone and email)
  • A positive mindset, with a solution-focused attitude
  • Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale
  • Computer and typing skills
  • The confidence to try new things and be willing to let us teach you the rest

Responsibilities
