Our team takes pride in delivering reliable service and building long-term customer relationships and we expect the same from everyone on our team. Important This position is with an independently owned and operated Mosquito Authority franchise. All hiring decisions, compensation, and benefits are determined at the local level.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator (clear, confident, and professional on the phone)
  • Comfortable with sales conversations and closing business
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems a plus)
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and turn inquiries into paying customers
  • Handle customer questions, service requests, and problem resolution with confidence
  • Make outbound follow-ups to close leads and retain customers
  • Communicate with technicians and office team to keep operations running smoothly
  • Enter and manage customer data accurately in our system
  • Deliver a professional, high-energy experience on every interaction
