About The Position

Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide support at our Eau Claire, WI branch. This role is ideal for someone looking to join a stable, family-owned business and become a valued, respected, and long-term member of a close-knit team. Your day will involve more than just answering the phone; you'll make a real impact by providing solutions, identifying sales opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring the branch runs smoothly. During winter months, you'll reconnect with customers to prepare them for the upcoming season. You will become comfortable having real conversations and asking for the sale, even without prior sales experience. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive and solution-focused attitude, comfort in talking to customers and asking for sales, computer and typing skills, and the confidence to learn and grow.

Check in on customer emails and voicemails and respond with care, offering solutions.
Look for sales opportunities for services to fulfill customer needs.

Help ensure the branch runs smoothly by processing mail daily.
Reconnect with customers during winter months to ensure they are set up for the season ahead.
