About The Position

The Sales and Account Representative will develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients to grow sales and manage accounts. This role involves processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt communication and accurate record keeping.

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma; post-secondary education in sales, business, or a related field is an asset.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, or B2B sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales information, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets.
  • Eligible to work in Canada and able to perform occasional travel and moderate physical tasks related to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact prospective wholesale customers to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and resolve client service issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and other transaction documentation accurately.
  • Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules with customers and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, prepare sales reports, and work to meet assigned sales targets.
