About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-savvy, and driven Sales Analyst to help accelerate revenue growth and improve sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with data, building insights, and creating dashboards, and who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment. The Sales Analyst will play a key role in understanding performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating insights into action—while supporting disciplined execution across sales teams and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Data-savvy and naturally curious—driven to understand the “why” behind performance
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and actions
  • Experience with sales analytics, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and CRM systems
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to present to sales and executive audiences
  • Proactive and execution-oriented—doesn’t just analyze but pushes for action
  • Hungry, high-energy, and growth-minded—comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Identify drivers of performance changes (growth, decline, conversion gaps)
  • Translate data into clear insights, risks, and actionable opportunities
  • Deliver recommendations to improve revenue, conversion, and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze pipeline health, quality, and conversion
  • Track performance against targets and identify gaps early
  • Drive execution discipline through reporting, follow-ups, and performance cadence
  • Support forecasting accuracy and pipeline transparency
  • Partner with sales teams to support accounts and territories, providing growth opportunities, risk identification, and performance diagnostics
  • Support large/key accounts with deep-dive analyses and tailored insights
  • Enable sales reps with data-driven recommendations and opportunity mapping
  • Support initiatives across large key accounts, transactional customers, pull-through strategies, cross-selling and basket expansion, recovery programs (churn and declining accounts), and new revenue generation opportunities
  • Identify SKU-level, customer-level, and segment-level growth levers
  • Ensure initiatives across segments translate into measurable revenue outcomes
  • Support and track key growth initiatives, ensuring progress and accountability
  • Partner with teams to follow up on action plans, measure impact of initiatives, and identify gaps and course-correct quickly
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance HR, IT and Operations teams
  • Support implementation and tracking of conversion and customer experience improvements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement loops using data and customer insights
