This individual will contribute across several critical functions and will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team. Requirements

  • Passion for the children’s consumer goods and entertainment space, with a genuine interest in products that bring joy to families.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an analytical or data-driven role.
  • 2+ years supporting the Walmart business, with hands-on experience in tools such as Scintilla or Retail Link.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and brings forward solutions, not just challenges.
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to partner across functions.
  • Energetic and driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to make an impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and delivering results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights.
  • Confident communicator who can engage effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Maintains a polished, professional presence and demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Turn data into impact by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and driving improvements in sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop, update, and monitor business planning tools including shipping forecasts, top line sales forecasts and inventory reports.
  • Unlock insights from diverse data sources including Scintilla, Circana, and beyond to inform smarter business decisions.
  • Transform complex data into clear, compelling stories that lead to actionable recommendations and meaningful results.
  • Partner cross-functionally to uncover trends, solve challenges, and deliver simple, visually engaging insights that address customer needs and product opportunities.
  • Work alongside internal and external partners including Merchants, Replenishment, Planning, Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Supply Chain teams to optimize product launches, promotions, and overall business performance.
  • Play an active role in sales reporting, annual planning, and forecasting to help shape the future of the business.
  • Help elevate analytics capabilities to a best-in-class standard by driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring forward new ideas and analytical approaches that fuel growth and competitive advantage.
