Sales Analyst (Modular)

About The Position

The Sales Analyst (Modular) supports the analytical functions of the modular commercial business providing the team with strategic dashboards and reports that can help drive decisions around performance, gaps and key metrics for driving lease revenue, deliveries and Essential offerings in North America.

Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree o equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of increasing responsibility in a sales analytics role with a record of demonstrated achievement utilizing data to drive action
  • Experience in pricing and/or marketing
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business acumen in key areas
  • Expert in Excel and SalesForce
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, margin, EBITDA
  • Exceptional analytical skills; strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written aptitude including the ability to communicate effectively up, down and across organizational levels
  • High level of comfort with presenting in front of an audience

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably within the B2B arena and with capital products
  • Experience with Tableau and SAP

Responsibilities

  • Embraces and promotes a safety culture and complies with all WillScot Safety, Transportation and Environmental Policies
  • Practices corporate social responsibility by connecting the WillScot mission and values to local communities and represents the Company at various community and/or business meetings
  • Support commercial leaders with region specific analysis and ad hoc requests analytics to proactively provide strategic input for commercial KPI activities (e.g. Sales contests, sales performance management, VAPS analysis, KPI tracking and development)
  • Assists in identifying and producing necessary reports & dashboards that will aid front line sales leaders
  • Coordinate and support market analysis with sales leadership to generate strategic data and leads for business development team
  • Develop presentation materials needed to deliver and share analysis, insights and recommendations with the commercial team as well as other key internal stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and make recommendation based on analysis to support rate improvements and our market demand
  • Act as the primary person for business testing for IT salesforce & OMB systems (sales process changes)
  • This is a team based role and will assist in other aspects of commercial excellence as well as help drive our Companys Strategies and promote our Mission, Vision and Value
