We are looking to hire an entry level Sales Analyst immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The successful candidate will require strong technical skills. The individual will be required to utilize internal and external data to track key performance metrics across our portfolio of products and deliver analysis and recommendation on those data points. This is an entry level position located in Hunt Valley, MD and requires the interest and ability to relocate as necessary in the future for other opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Must have demonstrated skills working on small projects and basic analytic assignments.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication and organization skills, project a professional image, and interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • Must be willing to travel several times per year and relocate if necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of McCormick and/or Internship.
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
  • Experience in working with Syndicated/Scan Data (Circana/IRI or Nielsen), Retailer data (dunnhumby, 84.51)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating, maintaining and publishing standard reports on an on-going (weekly/monthly) basis
  • Develop and maintain business scorecards on key initiatives for the Division and Business Partners
  • Support the Customer Level Business Planning Process by providing data and insight on distribution, merchandising, and promoted activity
  • Technical expert on reporting systems
