Significance is seeking a Management Analyst I to support our NSWC team in Port Hueneme, CA. This position support data analysis, reporting, and operations research functions. At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. Requirements

  • 3 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to maintain professional working relationships and demeanor
  • Dependable, with strong time management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
