About The Position

Casino del Mar and BetMGM are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven Sales Ambassadors to support promotional activations and customer engagement initiatives across Puerto Rico. The primary objective of this role is to assist guests with account registrations, deposits, and placing bets while providing guidance and confidence in the use of BetMGM’s sportsbook kiosks and mobile application. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in dynamic event environments, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, promotions, customer service, hospitality, or events preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in high-traffic environments.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications and kiosks.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and sporting events.
Energetic, outgoing, and goal-oriented personality.
Must be authorized to work in Puerto Rico.
Hospitality oriented
Must be 18 years of age or older (or meet the legal age requirements established by local gaming regulations).
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with BetMGM account registration and onboarding.
Guide guests through deposits and sports betting transactions.
Educate customers on the use of BetMGM kiosks and mobile sportsbook application.
Promote BetMGM products, services, and current promotions.
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive brand experience.
Support live activations, sporting events, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while representing Casino Del Mar and BetMGM.
Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible gaming practices.
