About The Position

This position is responsible for making sound agronomic recommendations to our customers regarding seed, crop nutrients and crop protection products and the sale of the same agronomy products along with custom application and precision ag services. Crystal Valley is a full-service cooperative with 200 full-time employees in 16 locations serving the needs of livestock producers and crop farmers in south central Minnesota. Our knowledgeable staff provides superior service to our customers with high-quality products, facilities and equipment in our core businesses of agronomy, energy, feed, and grain.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
Demonstrated experience understanding customers' unique problems and determining the best fit for their needs.
Valid driver’s license.
Meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member.
Comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy.
