The Agronomist works to acquire knowledge and experience to establish credibility and to develop ongoing, profitable sales relationships with the Co-operative’s customers. Contributes to the overall success of the Agro team through support and cross promotion of Farm & Ranch and Petroleum services and products. The Sales Agronomist role is well-suited to someone who enjoys working in the field, engaging with producers, and building a successful book of business while seeing tangible results through customer success and sales growth. In this role, you will build the knowledge and experience required to establish credibility as a trusted agronomic advisor while developing profitable, long-term customer relationships. You will also contribute to the overall success of the Agro team through collaboration and cross-promotion of Farm & Ranch and Petroleum products and services.
